This form is for NEW ASD students enrolling at Aspen Middle School for the 2025-2026 school year. You will receive communication from AMS at the end of July about the next steps in completing the middle school registration process. DO NOT complete this form if your child currently attends AMS.
Please note that this is ONLY an Intent to Enroll data collection form for the 2025-2026 school year. Carefully enter your email address to ensure you will receive notifications regarding our 2025-2026 enrollment process.
The Aspen Middle School (AMS) Registrar will contact individuals intending to enroll with detailed enrollment information.
- Families must reside within the Aspen School District boundaries to enroll.
For students that previously withdrew and are planning to return to AMS in-person, you must complete the Intent to Enroll Form and complete the registration process again as a new student.
