Cross Country practice will begin Monday, August 18th.

Practices are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday each week from 3:45-5:15.

Students will meet at AMS, downstairs by the doors to the blacktop.

No practice on Wednesdays.

Students must submit a physical form and parent-permission form prior to the first practice. Forms can be brought to the first practice, dropped off at the AMS front office or sent to Athletic Director, Jeremy Haack, at jhaack@aspenk12.net.

Athletic forms

There is a $50.00 athletic registration fee required of each student.

Students who attend Country Day and Community School are welcome to join the team.
