Students must submit a physical form and parent-permission form prior to the first practice. Forms can be brought to the first practice, dropped off at the AMS front office or sent to Athletic Director, Jeremy Haack, at jhaack@aspenk12.net.

There is not early registration. Registration will occur the first week of practice. There is a $50.00 athletic registration fee required of each student.

Students who attend Country Day and Community School are welcome to join the AMS team.
